No. All packages are month-to-month with no minimum commitment. You can upgrade, downgrade, pause, or cancel with 30 days’ notice. We believe the work should speak for itself.

We work primarily in US time zones and serve clients across the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Overlap hours are discussed during onboarding so you know exactly when your assistant is available.
Yes. We treat every piece of information you share as confidential. Your assistant handles sensitive credentials, documents, and data with the same care you would. A formal NDA is available for clients who need one for their industry. Our standard service agreement includes confidentiality provisions on both sides.
