JobSure VA LLC (“JobSure VA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a virtual assistant services company based in New Mexico, USA. We operate the website jobsureva.com and provide administrative, bookkeeping, social media, lead generation, and real estate virtual assistant services to clients across the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

  • Submit a contact form — name, email address, business name, and your message
  • Book a free consultation — name, email address, and any details you share through our Google Calendar booking link
  • Subscribe to our newsletter — first name and email address
  • Download the free guide — first name and email address
  • Become a client — business name, billing information (processed by SureCart), and any operational information you share with us to perform the services agreed upon

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, we automatically collect:

  • Usage data — pages visited, time on page, referring URL, browser type, and device type via Google Analytics 4 (Google Site Kit)
  • IP address — collected and anonymised by Google Analytics
  • Cookies — small text files placed on your device (see Section 5)

Information from third parties

We do not purchase or rent personal data from third-party data brokers. Any information we receive comes only from your direct interactions with us or our tools listed above.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Hosting & website platform

Hostinger — our web host stores the website files and databases. Subject to Hostinger’s privacy policy.

Payment processing

SureCart — handles checkout and payment processing for our service packages. Your payment card details are processed by SureCart and its payment processor directly; we do not store card numbers.

Email marketing

MailerLite — we use MailerLite to manage newsletter subscriptions and send email communications. By subscribing, you agree to MailerLite’s privacy policy. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Analytics

Google Analytics 4 (via Google Site Kit) — collects anonymised usage data on our website. Google may process this data on servers outside your country. See Google’s Privacy Policy.

Scheduling

Google Calendar — when you book a consultation, you are directed to a Google Calendar booking page. Any information you submit there is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.

Legal disclosures

We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, or valid legal process (such as a court order), or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of JobSure VA LLC, our clients, or others.

  • Essential cookies — required for the website to function (WordPress session, security nonce). Cannot be disabled.

  • Analytics data — retained for up to 14 months in Google Analytics, as per standard GA4 settings

After the applicable retention period, we securely delete or anonymise your information.

  • Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Deletion — ask us to delete your personal information (subject to legal retention obligations)

  • Objection / restriction — object to or request restriction of how we process your data in certain circumstances
