No. All packages are month-to-month with 30 days written notice to cancel. You can also pause services for up to two months at no charge. We want you on the plan that actually fits your business, not locked into something that doesn’t.

Upgrades are available anytime. Many clients start on the Essential plan and move up to Professional or Growth as their needs expand. There’s no penalty for upgrading and no disruption to your existing support while the change takes effect. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Hours are allocated per month and reset at the start of each new billing cycle — they don’t roll over. That said, if you consistently underuse your hours over two or more months in a row, we’ll proactively suggest a more appropriate plan rather than watch you pay for hours you’re not using.

We onboard new clients within 48 business hours of the discovery call. That includes your intake form, tool access setup, first task briefing, and introduction to your dedicated VA. There’s no drawn-out ramp-up period — we move fast because your time is already valuable.

It depends on what tasks you’re delegating. At minimum, we typically need access to your email account, calendar, and any project management or CRM tools you use. For bookkeeping: QuickBooks or Xero. For social media: your scheduler of choice (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later). We document everything in your onboarding brief and only request access to what’s needed for the work.

Yes. Every client engagement is covered by a confidentiality agreement. Your financial records, client data, business processes, and any proprietary information you share with us will never be disclosed to third parties. We treat your business information with the same level of discretion we’d expect for our own.
